Our Proposal

In the spread of the current Covid-19 pandemic and social distancing, it can put pressure on the economy of society and companies. while the primary needs are still needed for that, it is necessary to change behavior in the pandemic and post-pandemic. every home or livestock company is very possible to process food sources that were previously wasted both for consumption and for sale later in improving the economy. In my country Indonesia, all chicken innards are processed into delicious food. Esophaguses, goiter, intestines, trachea, spleen, ovaries, testes and cuticles are delicious food with prices equivalent to chicken meat when processed and sold. With a little extra seasoning these innards can be fried immediately and mixed with pasta will be a delicious and delicious food. The production cost of seasoning innards is equivalent to the cost of seasoning chicken meat and the selling price is the same as the selling price of chicken meat. Except blood and gall bladders 10% from wasted material that can be utilized as food equivalent to chicken meat.
